These terms govern your use of appliancebizplaybook.com and your purchase of the Appliance Biz Playbook. By using this site or buying the Playbook, you agree to these terms.

The product

The Appliance Biz Playbook is a digital publication (PDF) sold for a one-time payment of $49 USD. It is delivered electronically by Payhip immediately after checkout — there is no physical product and no ongoing subscription. The Playbook covers the business side of running an appliance repair business: pricing, customers, systems, and growth.

License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the Playbook for your own business. You may print a copy for your own use and keep backup copies on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or give away the Playbook or any substantial part of it, and you may not use it to create a competing product for sale.

Educational content only

Everything on this site and in the Playbook is business education. It is not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not repair instruction or diagnostic guidance. Business decisions — pricing, business structure, insurance, contracts, taxes — depend on your state, your market, and your situation. Payments

Payments are processed by Payhip (via Stripe or PayPal). We do not see or store your full payment details. Prices are in US dollars. From time to time we may change the price of the Playbook; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

No warranties

The site and the Playbook are provided "as is." We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or suited to your particular business. Figures, prices, and examples are illustrative and based on typical ranges as of the date shown.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability arising from your use of this site or the Playbook is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or other indirect losses arising from business decisions you make using this material.
